In 2001, Victoria Allan founded Habitat Property with a view to curating the most unique and inspirational property company in Hong Kong. A trailblazer in her field, Victoria's unique vision is still unrivalled in the city.
Prior to Habitat, Victoria enjoyed a diverse property career in Australia, the US and Canada, calling Hong Kong home since 1997. Regarded as one of the top agents for high-end sales – often quoted in the media – Victoria consistently achieves record deals for clients.
Her experience spans leasing, sales, town planning and valuation, alongside successful property developments, most notably the iconic Tung Fat Building in Kennedy Town. Essentially, Victoria’s comprehensive knowledge brings a unique advantage to all her clients.
